From the mid-15th century, nobles were preceded by a servant, called a "codega", equipped with a lantern to light their way in the dark of night, entertaining them with anecdotes and stories. As then, your personal tour guide will guide you through the maze of mysteries that surround the lagoon.

The Venetian style carnival pub crawl is done with a friendly Venetian guide visiting 3 bacari (Venetian bars). In each bacaro you will have an ombra or a glass of local wine and in the last bar you will try the classic Venetian spritz.

You will appreciate the magic of artisanal creation and the charm of cutting and shaping paper according to old stone moulds. A craftsman will guide you to transform pieces of paper into a mask. You will use fabric, colors, Swarovski crystals, gold leaf, feathers to create your unique mask which you will take home at the end of the workshop.

The Venice Carnival Dream Ball in period costume will take place at Palazzo Zen. Here, patrons can enjoy a four-course dinner in a festive atmosphere and dance in the company of musicians and jugglers.
