Connections to reach Sant'Erasmo from Venice
The Island of Sant'Erasmo is located in the northern lagoon not far from Venice and is by extension the largest lagoon island immediately after Venice. It has kept the name of Orto di Venezia for centuries since numerous vegetables are produced here including the famous violet artichoke.
It can be reached from Venice by vaporetto with 1 ACTV daytime vaporetto line, line 13.
At night there is the NLN line which stops only on request to the sailor (boarding at least 20 'before the toll-free number 800845065).
Line 13 leaves from Fondamente Nove - as does the NLN night line.
From Piazzale Roma and the railway there is no direct line and you have to take the fast and direct line 3 for Murano, get off at the Murano Faro stop, and here change to line 13 for Sant'Erasmo.
Alternatively, you have to reach Fondamente Nove with line 4.2 or line 5.2. Arriving at Fondamente Nove you go to Sant'Erasmo with line 13 during the day and the NLN line at night.
In the evening you go to Fondamente Nove with line 5.2 until 11.16 pm (line 4.2 stops departing from P.le Roma and only operates Fondamente Nove → Murano) and then line 13 or NLN line for Sant'Erasmo.
At night you have to walk to Fondamente Nove and take the NLN night line.

Arriving by plane at Marco Polo Airport
Arriving by plane at Marco Polo Airport to get to Sant'Erasmo, you can reach Murano from the Airport with the Blue Line and the Red Line (seasonal) of the Alilaguna service and then change to line 13 or the NLN night line of the vaporetto Actv for Sant'Erasmo.
Alternatively, you can reach Piazzale Roma in Venice by bus and then reach Murano or the Fondamente Nove and then Sant'Erasmo with the Actv Line 13 of the vaporetto.
At night Sant'Erasmo can only be reached from Fondamente Nove with the NLN night line.
Arriving in Venice by bus
Arriving by bus in Piazzale Roma you have to reach Murano or Fondamente Nove with Line 3 (until about 6 pm for Murano Faro) or Line 4.2 (until about 9 pm for Fondamente Nove) and then change to Line 13 which stops at both Murano Faro and Fondamente Nove). From 9pm to 11pm with line 5.2 for Fondamente Nove and then NLN.
At night you must take Line N with the Ca' D'Oro stop and then walk to the Fondamente Nove and take the NLN night line.
Arriving in Venice by car
Arriving by car in Venice, park on Tronchetto Island or in Piazzale Roma. In the first case, you must reach Piazzale Roma with the People Mover shuttle. Then you have to reach Murano or Fondamente Nove with Line 3 or Line 4.2 and then change to Line 13.
