In addition, all the public and private transport services connecting the Lido with the Railway Station and the Marco Polo International Airport leave from the same piers. The Hotel can also be reached directly by car with the ACTV public ferry services - the most natural and eye-catching way to approach Venice and its Lagoon.

HOW TO GET TO VILLA STELLA

Arriving by plane
at Airport Marco Polo
situated in Tessera, 12 Km by car and 10 Km by boat from Venice.

Arriving by train
at Railway Station Venezia S. Lucia
located near Piazzale Roma.

Arriving by car or bus
at Terminal for cars and buses at Piazzale Roma and Tronchetto.

Airport - Venice by car or bus

Public transportations: Service of public bus ACTV or ATVO for Piazzale Roma: ACTV - Tickets 0.77 Euro ATVO 2.58 Euro valid for one single journey. It will take roughly 30 minutes. When you arrive at Piazzale Roma you can take boat n° 51 (faster), 1 (slower; along Grand Canal) and get off at Lido Stop. Upon arrival at the Lido boat station, take either bus B or B/ and get off at the third stop. From there you'll be just few steps far from Villa Stella!

Airport - Venice by motorboat

Public transportations: ALILAGUNA (www.alilaguna.com) is the direct passenger waterbus service between Venice and its airport. Ticket 10.00 Euro, you can buy it directly on board without any supplement. Get off at Lido Stop.

Private water-taxi
Price about 82 Euro (74 USD; 51 GBP). Arriving directly at Venice Lido.

If you arrive by train, your starting point is the S. Lucia railway station. The "vaporetto" stop is just outside it. Take the no.1 – it takes you on a ride through the Grand Canal lasting about a 50 minutes. The no. 51 is a more direct to route to the Lido. The cost is about 3,50 Euro one way. To save money, we suggest you get a 3-day (72-hour) pass (Euro 18,08) or a one-day (24-hour) pass (Euro 9,30); this give you unlimited rides on the boats and buses.

If you'll arrive by car, take a comfortable ferryboat direct to the Lido. It leaves every 40 minutes from the Tronchetto area.
