The Hotel is in Mestre, in the historical district of Carpenedo, where guests can admire the splendid neo-Gothic Cathedral, built in 1852 and work of Giambattista Meduna. Carpenedo was under the Podestà (Ducal Rule) of Mestre, and therefore, obviously under the Serenissima Government, experienced an auspicious period: between the 17th and 18th Century, this area saw the appearance of numerous villas of Venetian patriciate; some excellent examples of which can still be seen in Via Trezzo.
The Square offers guests the possibility to explore its restaurants and local night spots, open until late. The bus stop for Venice is only 20 metres from the hotel and connects Mestre to Venice in approximately 15 minutes journey time. The service is guaranteed every 10 minutes during the daytime and 20 minutes at night.
For those guests who are partial to a small bet now and again, we can recommend the Casino in Tessera, which is approximately 15 minutes away.

Public transportations: bus line N°. 15, get off at the last stop in Via San Donà (corner of Via Cà Rossa) and walk for about 300 metres towards Piazza Carpenedo. It will take roughly 25 minutes.

Public transportations: ACTV lines n° 2 leaves you in front of the Hotel Kappa. Bus stop in front of the station. Going out of the station, cross the road and take bus No. 2.
