Public transportations: Service of public bus ACTV or ATVO
for Venice MESTRE: ACTV - Tickets 1 Euro ATVO 2.50 Euro valid
for one single journey. It will take roughly 20 minutes.
Ask the bus driver to warn you at stop Railway Station (Stazione)
of MESTRE. Then proceed by walk.
Private transportations: Private car-taxi. Price about
13 EURO. It will take roughly 20 minutes.

Walking distance
Get
off at Venice-MESTRE railway station.
Walk down the underpass in the direction
of MARGHERA.
After a few hundred meters on the right side at number 36 there
is the B&B.

Highway exit MILAN-VENICE
Take the first exit for VENEZIA. At the large roundabout you
will find immediately after, chose direction MARGHERA (second
exit on the right).
Straight till you reach an other roundabout, take the exit via
RIZZARDI where you see indication for Casa Villa Gardenia.
Highway exit TRIESTE-VENICE
Take the last exit for VENEZIA.
It will lead you to the same roundabout above.
Parkings: free, locked (unguarded), inside the B&B
residence.
