CASTLEMAINE XXXX
Born in Brisbane, Australia. It's a blond beer very popular. It gives its name to a singular tradition: the X indicated the number of distillation processes of the liqueursi. Ater three or four distillations, it'll reach the best of purity and so four X rappresented the best distilled.

It's not so alcoholic (5% alc.), strong yellow coloured and “gives” its best if served between 6° and 8° degrees…exactly the temperature we'll serve to you!
