The apartment Ada Family is located at the top floor; it is composed by an entrance and a wide living room (double sofa bed) with a big wardrobe which divides the day-zone (with TV and sofa) from the night-zone with two single beds, then there's a double bedroom with an amazing view on the roofs of Venice, a large bathroom with tub, a completely equipped kitchen with table and chairs for 6 people.

The apartment Ada is adjacent to the apartment Ada's family and are both really well-lighted because of their high position and have beautiful views on the canal“Rio del Gaffaro”; it is composed by a graceful entrance which lets you into the large living room with double sofa bed, a double bedroom with wardrobe and two big windows, the bathroom with tub has a pleasant skylight, dining room, and the kitchen is completely equipped.

There's a meeting point in Venice we'll let you know in case of your reservation where a person will fetch you to bring you at the apartment!

RESERVATION SYSTEM

Reservation is made with credit card number, owner's datas, expiring date sent by e-mail or calling us at our phone number.

You don't need to pay in advance, credit card number is only to garantee your reservation!
Payment will be personally done by you when you arrive here in Venice.

CANCELLATION POLICIES AND DISCLAIMERS

It'll be possible to cancel your reservation till 7 days before your arrival, after that in case of cancellation following penalties will be applied:

- one night fee deducted from balance due 20 days prior to arrival. Less than 5 days notice, the entire amount will be charged with a maximum of 7 nights.

The penalties will be directly deducted with your credit card number. Guests read and accept all conditions written above.
